All rates listed are per person sharing, single supplement, add 50% to listed rate.
The first TWO occupants of a Suite will always be charged as adults.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy:
In order to protect ourselves and the guests who wish to stay with us:

1. We require a 50% deposit for all accommodation booked. Reservations will be confirmed once this is received.
2. Reservations cancelled 7 - 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of full booking.
3. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking.
4. All deposits returned will be forwarded to the individual / organisation that paid it.
5. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
